Announcement [2020] No. 28 of the Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration
For the purposes of supporting epidemic prevention and control, enterprise relief and resumption of work and production, announcement is hereby given on the period of implementation of the relevant tax policies as follows:
The preferential tax policies prescribed in the Announcement of the Ministry of Finance and State Taxation Administration on Relevant Tax Policies to Support the Prevention and Control of the Pneumonia Epidemic Caused by Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection (Announcement [2020] No.8 of the Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration), the Announcement of the Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration on Relevant Tax Policies for Donations to Support Prevention and Control of the Pneumonia Epidemic Caused by Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection (Announcement [2020] No.9 of the Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration), the Announcement of the Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration on Relevant Individual Income Tax Policies to Support Prevention and Control of the Pneumonia Epidemic Caused by Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection (Announcement [2020] No.10 of the Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration), and the Announcement of the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission on the Exemption from Certain Administrative Charges and Government Funds during the Period of Prevention and Control of the Pneumonia Epidemic by Caused by Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection (Announcement [2020] No.11 of the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission) shall be implemented until December 31, 2020.
