Announcement on the Increase of Export Tax Refund Rates for Certain Products
Announcement [2020] No.15 of the Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration
The matters relating to the increase of export tax rebate rates for certain products are hereby announced as follows:
I. Export tax rebate rates for 1,084 items of products including porcelain sanitary ware and for 380 items of products including plant growth regulators are raised to 13% and 9% respectively. See the Exhibits for the list of products.
II. This Announcement shall come into force as of March 20, 2020. The export tax refund rates applicable to the goods listed in this Announcement shall be determined by the export date indicated on the declaration form for exported goods.
